Cardio
This section uses your whole body and works each of your muscles throughout a fat-busting, high energy routine! The moves are simple but very effective and will increase your heart rate to your highest point of the fat burning cycle to ensure you burn the most calories (average 500-750 calories burned each class)
This section encourages personal style throughout so if you are a dancer, a mover or just enjoy busting out a few moves this is section for you!

Core
We all can admit that this is the section we all dread the most during a fitness class. However Street Fit have found a way to encourage another sense of personal style, new choreographed moves which will still engage your entire core and still feel the benefits of having your own personal trainer!

​Upper Body & Lower Body
During the upper body section you will work your biceps, triceps, deltoids, pectorals & trapezius.
These moves will be done without weights but the choreographed movements will engage your entire upper body while you are encouraged to keep in time with the music, giving you a well-rounded workout which will not only enhance your upper body strength but also improve your co-ordination and rhythm.
Let's get rid of the wobbly bits!
Throughout the lower body you will work your, quads, hamstrings, calf's, lower back, glutes & hip flexors.
Ever heard of tums, bums & thighs? This section is very similar! The lower body choreography is designed to tone up and work your entire lower body with simple and effective moves.
